Fitness portrait session with photographer Jeremy Saffer
Kelly Coffey, the powerhouse fitness guru behind Strong Coffey Personal Training in Northampton (and one of the Valley’s funniest bloggers), is a friend and fellow cheerleader, so when she wanted some new shots for her website and blog, I was delighted to tag along to photographer Jeremy Saffer‘s studio. I did very simple, light makeup and hair since the focus was going to be on her physique – I particularly had fun spraying her with water to simulate sweat (a trick I have employed before in commercial shoots for fitness apparel companies).
