Carolyn’s Winter Wedding at Mass MoCA in the Berkshires
I’ve always been fascinated by contemporary art – the weirder, the better. Although I certainly think of myself as artistic and creative, I’m also a fairly linear thinker, so I enjoy getting shaken out of my worldview a bit. When I have to ponder what an installation means (versus merely appreciating how it looks visually), it’s like seeing a brand-new color. I find it really inspiring.
So when I get the chance to do a museum wedding, I’m always extra excited. After Kristen and I finished Carolyn’s gorgeous wedding party at Porches Inn, we headed across the street to check out the exhibits for ourselves (and caught a sneak peek of the couple’s first look!)
