Anna’s wedding at Gedney Farm in the Berkshires
What do you get when you combine a gorgeous Berkshires location, a bride in a chic white pantsuit, a bridesmaid in leather gauntlets, and an Elvis impersonator? A 2019 wedding that couldn’t be more timely! D.C.-based Anna is an accomplished science journalist and multimedia producer who is currently covering the Coronavirus pandemic, and has recently interviewed Dr. Fauci, among many others. I’ve become a bit of a fangirl (insert nerd emoji here), so it’s high time to share her wedding photos.
As a destination bride, Anna didn’t have the opportunity to travel to MA for a trial before her wedding, but we had no trouble deciding on her breezy, effortless look, which Anna was kind enough to describe on WeddingWire:
“I can’t recommend Liz enough. She did the makeup for me and my bridesmaids at my wedding. Each of our makeup looks was different, but somehow they all fit together beautifully. She is just really good at “reading” people—she managed to match each of our makeup looks to our personalities. Also, she fit in a full face of makeup for one of my relatives, and make up touch-ups for two more (none of which had been planned in advance.)
