Chelsey’s wedding at the Lord Jeffery Inn in Amherst MA
Chelsey’s wedding took place in July a year and a half ago (thanks to the amazing photographers I work with, I’m blessed with a pretty staggering blog backlog right now!) Her personal style is very breezy and natural, so I chose soft plum tones to enhance her blue-green eyes, along with peachy blush and lip color, which tied in nicely with the bridesmaids’ dresses and wedding décor. (And her new name, as evidenced by the wedding favors.)
In the heat of the summer, with lots of pictures being taken outside in the sun, it definitely pays to wear long-lasting, sweat-resistant makeup (but instead of caking on heavy creams or powders, airbrush makeup – applied correctly – will be very lightweight and natural looking, but is also able to stand up to the rigors of a wedding day).
I love how fresh-faced Chelsey looks – and how can you not love a wedding day rainbow?!?
